Michael Tuite

Hello to everyone!

My name is Michael Tuite and I am the  Premises Manager and School Safety Officer for City of Leeds School.  I am responsible for the smooth-running of the school estate.  I have been working here for 9 years, having spent a total of 23 years working for the local authority, serving the people of Leeds.

Just recently I have been visiting local businesses and newspaper offices to promote the school premises.  As you all know, the school is set in the green surrounds of Bedford Field and we want to promote the use of the building in the evening and at weekends.  There will be a full-page feature about the school in the free publication called North Leeds Life in the November edition (Page 45).

One thing that has struck me, over the last few years, is the respect for the grounds and buildings shown by our students.  I would like to ask you to pass on my thanks to our students for their continued respect and support in keeping the school a very clean and welcoming environment.
