Jeans for Genes Day
Jeans for Genes day, on Friday 7th October, raised a wonderful £336 for children with genetic disorders.
Special assemblies were held before the day, then pupils and staff wore jeans and paid £1 each (£2 for staff).

The whole school took part in a fundraising walk on the morning of the last day of term, Friday 22nd July 2011. The walk followed the Meanwood Valley Trail and was 4 miles long.
We will set off from school at around 9:00 am and most of us returned at about 10:30am with a brisk pace set by the students.
The whole day was non-uniform and most of us wore something yellow.
We raised over £600 for the School Fund and St Gemma’s Hospice.
A big thanks to all who helped or took part.
