The Full Monty

Some of our year 9 students are studying a Level 2 Jamie Oliver course and have been serving up full English breakfasts as part of their course. They are learning how to cook a variety of different recipes as part of their coursework portfolio.

So far our students and staff are over the moon with the success of their performance. Every week they learn new recipes, food tasting techniques as well as how to critique their own creations!

The course will enable students to showcase their achievement by designing and preparing a 2-course meal.
